Before I start, I would like to thank all the members of FilipinaLoveHeart.com for supporting our website. I created this page for you to have a little idea about the owner of FilipinaLoveHeart.com.
Most of you are also members of other dating sites and sometime you ask yourselves who is the founder of that site. Most of the dating sites in the cyber space do not have their founder's website information that's why I decided to create a page about myself.
My name is Moe. I'm Filipino-American and was born and raised in Philippines. I was adopted at 13 and came to United States in 1981 at the age of 15 and resided in San Diego, California. I joined the US Navy when I was 18 right after highschool and spent 7 yrs of service. I am currently married and have one son and two beautiful daughters.
What made me create a Dating Site?
Well...I don't know where to start but back in March 2005, I was surfing the internet searching for scented candles. I was looking for a particular Sampaguita scent which was very popular in the Philippines. I Googled that word and I then clicked one of the links and it redirected me to a dating site( i will not mention the name ). In my curiousity what the website was all about I signed up just to check it out.
Since then, I became a member of that dating site and was paying almost $30USD a month for 2 years. Imagine that..for two years! I did meet some people there and most of them became my friends. After almost two years as a member, I realized that I was paying too much and finally woke up one day and thought about creating my own dating site.
I asked myself ..."Should I have my own datingsite? A free dating site for everyone?...Why not"?
I created my first dating site in March 2007 and had the name changed couple months later. In May of 2007 FilipinaLoveHeart.com was formed.
